The lab of Madalena Reimão Pinto investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of mRNA translation during zebrafish embryogenesis. This research combines the power of the zebrafish embryo with RNA biochemistry, massively parallel reporter assays, next-generation sequencing, computational and imaging approaches to tackle these questions.
