The Brunner Lab at the University of Zurich seeks a postdoctoral researcher to develop machine-learning methods for genomics. You will build scalable pipelines for single-cell and cancer-genome analysis and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field; strong Python and R; experience with machine learning and NGS/single-cell data; ability to work on HPC. Publication record expected.
